Kruisin' Kanines is sanctioned by Dogs on Course in North America (DOCNA) and licensed by the American Kennel Club (AKC) to host official dog agility trials. With year round training facilities and skilled instructors, it is the Philadelphia area's premier agility club
Kruisin Kanines Agility Club was formed in the summer of 1996 using the sport of dog agility to foster the relationship between handlers and their dogs. Although competition is encouraged, it is not a requirement of our club. Whether for fun or competition, all handlers are encouraged to play and learn with us.
Training is held six days a week at our indoor/outdoor facility in Carversville Pennsylvania. In addition to our 9600 square foot, fully lighted indoor facility, we added, in the summer of 2000, a 100 X 100 lighted, outdoor ring. With over two complete sets of quality agility equipment, indoor-outdoor training and an excellent training staff, there is enough here to satisfy the most demanding agility enthusiast.
Kruisin' Kanines holds three trials a year. In Spring and Summer, we hold our AKC sanctioned agility trials. In the Fall, we hold a DOCNA sanctioned agility trial. Club members also participate in numerous public demonstrations, a summer picnic and an awards banquet in the winter.
